The Woman Trying to Prove She’s not Dead

This is why you should be glad you’re not French.

Back in 2017, a cruel French court mistakenly ruled that Jeanne Pouchain was dead.

Despite still living, the 58-year-old from Saint-Joseph remains in a struggle to prove that fact to the French government. In fact, it has taken over three years just go to court to for initial comments.

The strange scenario started from a legal dispute with a former employee. The former employee allegedly claimed to a industrial tribunal – in a civil lawsuit – that Pouchain had died.

“It’s a crazy story. I couldn’t believe it. I never thought that a judge would declare someone dead without a certificate,” said Pouchain’s lawyer. “The plaintiff claimed Mrs. Pouchain was dead, without providing any proof and everyone believed her. Nobody checked.”

Due to the court error, Pouchain’s existence within France was erased. Official records, I.D. cards, and health insurance were instantly invalidated.

Pouchain maintains that her former employee lied about her demise so that they could try to win damages from her beneficiaries.

As long as Mrs. Pouchain’s case is ongoing, her status will remain in a literal limbo while she tries to regain her life.

Sounds like the French are true Democrats! Who else would jump to conclusions without any proof? CNN for one. Just like Nasty Nancy Pelosis need for barbed wire and military troops the justice system in France seems to be as locked up as Washington under Democrat rule. This is the beginning of the One World Order spoken of in the book of Daniel.
